Report a Concern
Use available in-app reporting tools where present or email support@appherday.com. Identify what happened, where it appears and any account or content involved. Include screenshots only when safe and appropriate.
What You Can Report
You may report harassment or abuse, threats, impersonation, privacy concerns, scams or fraud, inappropriate content, malicious links and intellectual-property concerns.
Protect Yourself
Do not share passwords, verification codes, financial details or sensitive personal information. Be careful when communicating with people you do not know and use reasonable judgment before arranging an independent service.
Urgent Danger
HerDay is not an emergency service. If you or another person may be in immediate real-world danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services or authorities instead of waiting for a response from HerDay.
Child Safety
HerDay does not permit child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, sexual solicitation involving minors, or trafficking or exploitation of minors. Report concerns to support@appherday.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local authorities or emergency services.
Review and Action
HerDay may review sufficiently detailed reports and take appropriate action under its policies, including restricting content or accounts where warranted. We do not promise a fixed response time or that every submission is reviewed before publication.
